“I originally planned on buying from [another local blueberry farm] because they advertised a lot. Luckily, I called them because they have a 10 plant minimum purchase. I only wanted 5-6 plants (couldn’t fit anymore in my trunk) so I looked up more places to buy and came across Blueberry Bill’s. It must have been divine intervention! They do not have a minimum purchase so we decided to buy 6. My husband only had a $100 bill and Bill didn’t have exact change so he gave us one plant for free! And to top that off, he threw in a huge box of frozen blueberries for free as well! What a gentleman! He also gave us pointers on how to grow and care for our plants. “Bought 5 blueberry bush's and 2 blackberry bush's this spring and all are doing great so far. Planted in 50% native NJ sand/50% petemoss, mulched the drip edge with 3-4" of pine needles and the beds around that with 2-3" of wood chips. I did not let them berry this year to promote root growth (pulled all the flowers after pollination except for two). The two I did let ripen were impressive. Pics of the rows of beds aren't all Bill's - half are from another farm because I wanted a diverse mix of species to promote cross pollination and avoid common mono-crop type issues but each farms are doing very well. Update 8.26.20: after secondary growth spurt I added 1/2 cup of Dr Earth Acid lovers organic fertilizer + 2 cups organic compost under the pine needles on the drip edge. These new pics are all from Bills and showing new growth. Update 6.10.21: All is going great. Eating blueberries daily

“Bill’s is the BEST place around there to go! Do not be fooled by “impressive websites that claim to be organic or claim to be cheaper prices” you will be disappointed. At Bill's you get what you want! If you want 1 blueberry or blackberry bush, then buy 1. No one forces you to purchase a certain amount.
